Delivery Time

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as customs processing, carrier delays, or local holidays.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Norluxe is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Norluxe is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please keep all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Norluxe is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at contact@norluxe-co.com — we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Norluxe is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misdelivered after being marked as "delivered" by the carrier. If this happens, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
