The Norluxe Alpine Tactical Fleece Jacket is a heavyweight tactical fleece made to replace the five jackets in your wardrobe. Dense microfleece traps heat without the bulk, a tailored cut keeps it looking clean, and eleven secure pockets carry everything you need — so you can leave the bag at home.
Everything a regular fleece gets wrong — fixed.
Most fleeces pill after a few washes, let the wind straight through and hang like a sack. We rebuilt ours from the fabric up.
Heavyweight microfleece
A tightly bonded 340gsm fleece with ultra-fine fibres. It holds heat close, feels lighter than it looks and stays smooth — no bobbles, no pilling.
Wind-blocking construction
A full-length storm flap sits behind the heavy-duty zip, while adjustable cuffs, waist toggles and hood seal out drafts when the weather turns.
11 secure pockets
Zip pockets outside, drop and mesh pockets inside. Phone, keys, cards, gloves and sunglasses each have a home.
RFID-blocking pocket
A metal-lined inner zip pocket shields your cards from wireless scanning, with a built-in sleeve that fits a few cards and a folded note.
Tailored, flattering fit
Broad shoulders, a tapered waist, fitted sleeves and a thickened collar. Rugged enough for the trail, tidy enough for dinner.
Quick-drying & durable
The fleece sheds moisture and dries fast, and reinforced seams with a chafe guard at the chin mean it's built to last for years.

- Measure around the fullest part of your chest, under the arms.
- Keep the tape level and snug, but not tight.
- Compare the result with the size chart and choose that size.
Between sizes? Size up for extra layering room, or stay true to size for a sharper, closer fit.

Is the jacket waterproof?
The microfleece is water-resistant and dries quickly, so it handles light drizzle and snow with ease. It is not a fully waterproof shell — for heavy rain, wear a waterproof layer over it.
How warm is it?
The dense 340gsm fleece is designed for cold, windy days. Paired with a base layer, it's comfortable well into freezing temperatures; on milder days it works perfectly on its own.
How do I choose the right size?
Measure your chest and compare it with the size chart on this page. If you're between sizes or plan to layer heavily underneath, we recommend sizing up.
How do I care for it?
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, inside out, with similar colours. Do not bleach or iron, and hang to dry — the fleece dries quickly.
How long does shipping take?
